WHITE LACE SHORTS

For the life of me I have not been able to find one of these beauties for myself but I have seen them ALL over Pinterest and they are one of the things I am dying to buy. They came into style around spring time, or at least thats when I first started seeing them on Pinterest, and I adore them. I have tried on numerous pairs but none of them have been too nice so if you know where I can find a good pair, help! From what I've tried on though - they.are.so.comfortable. The lace material is easy enough to move around in and they look best when they are skin tight. I just wish I could find a pair that I fell in love with.
You can see they're loose and can be paired with literally any blouse you have. They look so elegant and are a great alternative to jean shorts if you get tired of wearing them. I love jean shorts, but sometimes I want to look a bit more put together so these are the perfect answer - if only I could find some WAH! But how nice? Seriously? They look so pretty - there is no better word than 'pretty' to describe these shorts. They are so easy to wear for day or night. Sandals and a baggy t-shirt blouse for day, and fancy frilly blouse with nude heels for night time. You can't go wrong. Bet you could evengrunge them up if you wanted too - army boots, printed tee and your all set! These shorts can be worn practically any time of the year because they're white and white compliments every colour from bright summer ones to dark fall ones. They are some of my favourite style of shorts I've seen in a while and would be such a useful buy because of how much use you could get out of them. So versatile. Still scouring the stores to find my own pair - any advice would be appreciated!

MAXISKIRTS

Summer is almost over for most people, but in the Middle East its in full swing. One of my favourite trends from this summer is maxiskirts.  I stalk Pinterest all day everyday and there are numerous different maxiskirt photos so I'm going to share some of my favourite finds on here. I love the maxiskirt trend because of how comfortable and cool it is to wear during the hotter time of the year. They can also be carried on to fall if you pair them with a nice jean jacket or leather jacket over a white shirt etc.
Aren't the colours just gorgeous? I ended up pinning loads of coral maxiskirts because the one I bought is the middle coral one, so I pinned loads to figure out which way I wanted to style it. But as you can see - there are countless ways to style maxiskirts: with a simple white strapless top, jean jacket or patterned top etc. For the cold winter months you can see they are perfect to pair with a jean jacket or army jacket or ever throwing on a leather jacket over the outfit. Dress them up with heels or bold statement jewellery to take the outfit from day to night. They were an absolute perfect trend for me this summer, I just loved wearing mine.
These photos are photos of celebrity style, fashion blogger style and then mine. The left one is Blake Lively and looks casual with a bit of fancy in it because of the sparkly grey vest. The middle is one of my two favourite fashion bloggers - Nanys Klozet and I love the way she paired her maxi skirt with a white tied top - think it looks amazing. And the right one is how I have worn my dress so far whilst I was on vacation. I went simple and casual (especially with the flip flips lol) because we were just walking around Munich so nothing fancy and paired it with a black blazer in case it got cold. I love this trend and can't wait to wear my maxiskirt again.

NEW COMER

Seventeen year old living in a land of sand or, in other words, living in the Middle East where we ride to school on camels and live in tents amongst hills of sand...not really. What it actually is, is a fast-growing City that has more money than it can spend. Filled with your everyday skyscrapers and high schools plotted around everywhere and a mixture of nationalities that is almost unparalleled. Where during summer you can't walk outside without being hit by a thick wall of humidity and temperatures reach as high as 55°C. A life most can't imagine but has come to be mine for the last 13 years. I adore fashion and clothing but won't say I'm an expert on who's who and what lines are out and desginer this/that etc. I love clothes and finding the right way to put things together and thats the extent of it right now. Not an expert - just an admirer.
